Biometric Voice Identification

The voice verification system VoiceIdent was developed by German Telecom and has been enhanced by TWINSOFT (in commision) by the addition of several important components such as multi-client capabilities.

The world has become increasingly mobile. Innovative, user-friendly services for large groups of customers pose new, complex challenges for providers with regard to data security, speed, and comfort. The staff of numerous companies need mobility or work partly or fully from their home offices. Pandemic emergency plans foresee the majority of staff working from their homes. It is a known fact, that PINs and TANS alone are not always sufficient to safeguard sensitive data and transactions. The use of biometrics as a form of person verification has become a necessity to ensure a maximum of security. Many biometric identification solutions such as iris, retina, face geometrics or finger prints, however, are impractical as they entail the use of scanning devices. Verification by voice biometrics on the other hand provides an efficient, comfortable and safe method for worldwide mobile identification, verification and authentication via VoIP, landline or mobile telephone. Additionally, significant process optimization is achieved by the parallel automatisation of processes that were previously executed manually. The high level of security and reliability provided by VoiceIdent has been certified by the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) with the IT Security Certificate and is the only solution to have received it directly from the BSI.

As partner of German Telecom, TWINSOFT is authorized to carry our VoiceIdent projects. If desired, TWINSOFT will carry out the complete project management from analysis of requirements and licence procurement to implementation, installation and testing. VoiceIdent is available in two variations according to the size of the company:

VoiceIdent Service Solution for Smaller Companies

This service utilized the computer centre facilities of German Telecom. Customers can profit from the high-performance systems location independent at a calculated price without having to invest in additional IT capacity and in the related operations and maintenance. The VoiceIdent Service Solution allows companies to outsource complete administration operations or individual processes.

VoiceIdent Integrated Solution for Large Companies

The VoiceIdent Integrated Solution is implemented within the customer’s  IT infrastructure. TWINSOFT carries out the integration into the existing system environment.
