TWINSOFT GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1989 by Cap Volmac and Tandem Computers as a professional services partner for the Tandem system environment, later to become the HP Non-Stop Server. During the course of its hostory, TWINSOFT progressed through various company entities (Debis, Compaq, HP.)

On the 1^st. of November, 2004, TWINSOFT became a fully independent company following a management buy-out. TWINSOFT main focus is on high availability and the integration and migration of business-critcal applications predominantly in the branches of telecommunications, public domain, commerce, finance and industry.

TWINSOFT supplies neutral services on all platforms such as Unix/linux, Windows and HP NonStop.

TWINSOFT provides future-oriented IT services and selected products in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Central and Eastern Europe from offices in Darmstadt, Ulm and Ratingen/Düsseldorf.
