What is Password SelfService?
Password SelfService (PSS) is a user-friendly app solution that enables employees to manage their passwords independently at any time – without the support of IT support. Using functions such as password resetting or unlocking accounts, users can act independently at any time. Authentication is secure and convenient using biometric features (e.g. fingerprint or face recognition), FIDO2 or app password – depending on the application scenario.

Even with mistakenly blocked accounts, access can be activated independently in this way – without waiting time, without a support call and without complex and yet uncertain identity verification on the phone.
