A very warm hello!
At TWINSOFT, we want to be innovative. We never just look to the edge, but always beyond – and accordingly the future plays a particularly important role for us. We always want to be where many others arrive in a few years – in order to be able to support our customers and partners in the best possible way not only today, but also tomorrow and the day after.
We rarely look far back. Often there is simply no time for this. But now we want to take this time. Because the TWINSOFT is 35! In marriage this is the screen wedding, so for us it is the "screen anniversary". And so impressive are 35 years of marriage without question, an IT company of our size in our industry turning 35 years old? This is really very rare.
This milestone, of which we are also a bit proud despite all the modesty required, is the result of always curious and extremely hard-working colleagues, an open and tolerant (company) spirit in all directions, a lot of passion for know-how and innovation, a great and highly competent partner, wonderful customers and a lot of humanity in dealing with each other. A big thank you to all those who have accompanied and supported us on this path since 1989 – and in part still support us.
For example, colleagues have just celebrated 20 or 25 years of TWINSOFT and some will soon even celebrate 30 and 35 (!!!) – a crazy time and a great sign of trust. This is anything but self-evident in our fast-moving times and we feel very honored that there is such a thing here at all.
By the way, 20 is a number that plays a big role alongside 35 this year. Founded in 1989, TWINSOFT was initially a subsidiary of Tandem Computer and Cap Volmac in its first 15 years, we broke away from our parent company HP in 2004 and have been standing independently on our own two feet since then.
Since then, among other things, TWINSOFT biometrics and TWINSEC have been founded, the latter adopted in their own way in 2019, survived a pandemic, opened up new areas and ideas, lifted IT security to a completely different level, welcomed many colleagues, adopted many colleagues, customers and partnerships won and maintained, it was celebrated together, laughed, sometimes cried and many small and larger adventures passed together.
When we celebrate these anniversaries and ourselves a bit, we also look forward again – just like in the last 35 years. And we find that a canvas does not have to end – we look towards gold, of course – or even beyond. You never know, especially at TWINSOFT.
